SecuraComm continuously value engineers the design of security measures and monitors the impact of the building design on the cost of the security measures. When justified, SecuraComm will present alternate design configurations or identify construction alternates that reduce security costs while increasing security effectiveness. Some clients have asked the bidding or successful contractor to value engineer the SecuraComm design; we are pleased to say that in all cases, the client did not accept any contractor generated value engineering suggestions.
