Derry Township Waste Water Facility, Pennsylvania Scope; Developed design for protection system for multi-building township complex. Developed of Construction Bid Documents including Bidding Requirements, Installation Specifications and Detail Drawings.

Duquesne Light; Pennsylvania
Scope: Designed and developed a security system upgrade. Developed access control systems for the facility’s electrical sub stations, administrative office, maintenance shops, and payment and customer service center.  After the completion of a video assessment, it was recommended that physical barriers including bullet resistant counters and glass for the payment and customer service center be added. Assisted the client in Bid Support and Contractor Selection.  Supported the client and contractor during installation and implementation.

First Energy (formerly Centerior Energy); Ohio
Scope: Provided threat and terrorism vulnerability assessment.  Evaluated security program and security system.  Designed/developed master security protection and monitoring plan to include recommendations for access control, video assessment, intrusion detection, physical barriers and communication infrastructure.  Designed physical security measures within and outside of facilities to accommodate visitors and customers utilizing fixed barriers, gate systems, surveillance systems, and interior/communication systems. Designed/developed surveillance system for gas, water and electric resource facilities and signal distribution to a central security-monitoring center.  Developed specifications, competitive bid construction documents and contractor selection.  Provided project management and performed a post-installation audit and acceptance testing.

Scope: Provided Security Vulnerability Assessment of water pumping station, booster station, and distribution system. Developed security upgrade program.

Memphis Light, Gas and Water; Tennessee Scope: Surveyed facilities and developed a design, developed a plan for          cost-effective, centralized monitoring of the facility security systems using ATM digital technology over a dark fiber data network.
