Amtrak; Multiple US Sites
Scope: 1st Assignment: Developed installation specification and bid requirements for installation of electronic access control systems at 14 Amtrak locations. The result of the work was the efficient bid process in the selection of a contractor to install electronic access control systems at 14 Amtrak locations. 2nd Assignment: Conducted an examination of security door locking and door sensor conditions at numerous Amtrak locations. The results of the examination resulted in the standardization of access control system specifications and installation requirements. 3rd Assignment: Developed a Scope of Work RFP for a weopons of mass destruction (WMD) drill to be conducted at one of the Amtrak stations. 4th Assignment: Prepared a set of standards for electric door hardware and installation requirements associated with elecronic access control systems. 5th Assignment: Assisted Amtrak in the evaluation of contractors' bids, negotiations, and final selection. 6th Assignment: Assisted Amtrak during the installation of security systems in the interpretation of the installation specifications and review of selected contrator submittals. 7th Assignment: Assisted Amtrak during the installation of security systems in the tracking of the contractor's progress, in-progress inspection of the security system installations, and final acceptance. 8th Assignment: Prepared a specification for the design and installation of chemical detection and video assessment systems for multiple Amtrak locations.

Delta Airlines; Georgia
Scope: Conducted a Security Vulnerability Assessment of Baggage, Cargo, and Mail Handling operation. The assessment included a physical security review all operational areas, review of baggage handling processes, interviews with key personnel, and identification of vulnerabilities with the process. The assessment resulted in recommendations for security improvements, decrease the frequency of incidents, and lessen the consequences. |

Ft. Sumter Ferry Service; South Carolina
Scope: As part of the Homeland Security initiative, performed an assessment of the physical security program and development of recommendations for security program enhancements and Vessel Security Plan and Facility Security Plan for multiple ferry vessels and facilities. Assignment included examination of policies/procedures, perimeter protection, and lighting for compliance with Passenger Vessel Association and Maritime Transportation Security/US Coast Guard regulations. |

Southern California Regional Rail Authority; Metrolink; California
Scope: Evaluated the vendor proposed CCTV system including: a review of SCRRA RFP for the CCTV camera installation, review of intended scope and purpose and feasibility of the CCTV installation program, review SCRRA RFP for signal and communications monitoring system, and evaluation of exisiting signal and communications monitoring system. Additionally, SecuraComm developed the design and integration of security wityh proposed signal and monitoring network including head-end facility, and the development of conceptual design and integration plan.

Port Authority of Allegheny County; Pennsylvania
Scope: 1st assignment: Assessed physical security measures at facilities including administrative offices, cash handling operation, bus maintenance and storage facilities for bus and LRT/subway system. The assessment generated a design/development program with new and upgraded/enhancements to existing access control, intrusion detection and video assessment systems and an integrated, centrally monitored, regionally controlled command program. 2nd assignment: Development of security system design, system installation specifications, bidding requirements, assisted with bid solicitation and review, owner and contractor support during instillation/implementation and post-installation audits and acceptance testing. 3rd assignment: Preliminary design of security for LRT expansion (North Shore Connector). |

Port of Aruba; Aruba
Scope: As part of the development of a Security Upgrade Plan for this multi-facility cruise and cargo operation, SecuraComm developed the design and installation specifications for security measures for cruise terminals, cargo yards, access gates and office buildings of this 50 acre transportation seaport. The security upgrade included fiberoptic infrastructure with video camera and electronic access control at gates and doors. Additionally, SecuraComm assisted with the developmentof a conceptual design for a security command center.

Port of Miami; Florida
Scope: 1st assignment: As part of the Homeland Security initiative, developed a comprehensive security upgrade plan for port facilities including cruise and cargo operations. 2nd assignment: Development of design and installation specifications for security measures for cruise terminals, parking facilities, access gates and office buildings of this 750 acre cruise-cargo facility including video surveillance/assessment, access control, and alarm reporting. 3rd assignment: Design/development of a 12,000 sq. ft. Security Command Center/Emergency Operation Center including layout of security monitoring and response center. |

Regional Transportation Commission; Nevada
Scope: As part of the Homeland Security initiative, performed an assessment of the physical security program elements including policies/procedures, fencing, gate systems, locking and keys, electronic systems, and lighting at several facilities, and development of recommendations for security program enhancement and anti-terrorism infrastructure hardening for protection of personnel, assets and rolling stock. |

Sacramento Regional Transit; California
Scope: Conducted detailed assessments of all elements of the safety management program including: activities, practices, written programs, training, and other systems presently in place ath the Main RT facility, as well as in light rail, wayside maintenance, bus maintenance, and operations. Upon completion of the assessments, SecuraComm analyzed the results, developed a report of findings and recommendations for improving the safety program and achieving the 20% reduction in lost work days, job related injuries, and accidents. SecuraComm also assited supervisory personnel in the implementation of safety management activities in their respective disciplines, and assisted each discipline to develop Safety Action Plans in their areas. |

Virginia Railway Express;Virginia
Scope: As part of the Homeland Security initiative, performed an assessment of the physical security program including policies/procedures, fencing, electronic systems, and lighting, and developed recommendations for security program enhancement and anti-terrorism infrastructure hardening. |

Wawa, Inc. Dairy, Warehousing and Distribution (DWD) Fleet Service; Pennsylvania
Scope: Assessed security practices and procedures to identify any security vulnerabilities and deficiencies and to ascertain any opportunity to eliminate adverse situations and increase the level of security. Developed recommendations for security enhancements including Policies and Procedures, security vulnerability awareness and electronic security measures. |
Yacht Facilities at Watson Island; Florida
Scope: Developed Security Plan including the design/developent and installation specification of security measures for a mega yacht facility, access gates and hotel and recreational facilities. |
