Principal Consultant and CEO.

QUALIFICATIONS SUMMARY:

Mr. Libengood is SecuraComm’s Founder, CEO and Principal Consultant.  He started the firm 25 years ago following a 16-year career as a security consultant and engineering manager for a national security firm and Westinghouse.  Mr. Libengood is Board Certified in Security Management and has been designated a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and a Certified Security Consultant (CSC). He is certified in Sandia prepared Risk Assessment Methodology (RAM) and has used CCPS and ACC in chemical facility security risk/vulnerability assessment. He is an Electrical Engineering graduate.

EXPERIENCE:

As an independent consultant for the past 30 years, Mr. Libengood has assessed and designed total security programs, security systems, fire protection systems, communication systems, physical security measures, stand-by power systems; directed the installation and implementation of security, fire and stand-by power measures at more than 1,000 facilities; and has provided litigation support and expert testimony for plaintiff and defendants.   In the design assignments, he has served as the principal consultant, project consultant, associate consultant and sub-consultant. He has directed assessment, design and implementation teams with as many as ten subordinates.  He has designed physical security and infrastructure hardening measures for a wide range of facilities including airports, corporate headquarters, educational facilities, financial institutions, retail establishments, government installations, museums, lodging and private estates, chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, electric generation and water utility facilities.
