Ronald S. Libengood, CPP, CSC Professional Resume

Ron Libengood is the Founder, President, Principal Consultant and Program Manager of SecuraComm. He has been designated a Certified Protection Professional by the American Society for Industrial Security, a Certified Security Consultant by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants, and is an Electrical Engineering graduate. He has evaluated existing and developed new security programs and systems for hundreds of corporate headquarters, airports, health care facilities, schools, offices and specialized government facilities including the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, U.S. Navy and Federal Reserves Bank. He has over 30 years experience in corporate management, professional and consulting positions in the security and electronics fields. Additionally, he has extensive experience working with electronic security systems including access control, video camera surveillance, gate, intercom, and environmental building systems. Ron is uniquely qualified to handle environmental facilities such as elevator systems, HVAC, and fire alarm systems with life safety BOCA code regulations.

Leo Marsh, PE  Professional Resume

Leo Marsh is SecuraComm's Director of Engineering and is experienced in managing and designing building infrastructure projects, especially security, electrical, IT and low-voltage system design.  He is a profession electrical engineer and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration.  Mr. Marsh brings 25 years of engineering experience and a number of prominent credentials  including Telecommunication Project Manager (TPM), Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD/LAN Specialist) and Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP).  Additional endorsements include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), plus being accredited as a Certified Techonology Specialist (CTS) and Certified Leader in Energy and Environmental Design.

Ronald D. Heil, CPP, CSC Professional Resume

Major (Ret) Ronald Heil has over 22 years of Homeland Security and Security Program Management - related experience in the public and private sectors.  He has direct responsibility for Homeland Security program analysis and development, standards, specifications, and project management.  He is Board Certified in Security Management and has been designated a Certified Protection Professional by the American Society for Industrial Security and a Certified Security Consultant by the International Association of Professional Security Consultants.  Previous to his engagement with SecuraComm, he served as an Air Force Officer in the Security Forces managing complex nuclear security compliance, antiterrorism, vulnerability assessment, disaster incident response, force protection, physical security, asset protection, information/technology protection, and law enforcement programs.

Todd G. Libengood, PSP Professional Resume

Todd Libengood directs the systems engineering and design department at SecuraComm.  He is the Senior Systems Designer and a Systems Implementation Project Manager. Todd has designed and manages the design of major access control, video surveillance, security communication and physical infrastructure hardening measures for a wide range of SecuraComm clients. He is responsible for the development of security communication infrastructure and systems integration, utilizing structured cabling, area networks and wireless transmission to interconnect systems into a cohesive solution. Todd maintains comprehensive knowledge of architectural and mechanical systems, such as security door hardware and parking controls, respectively, to support total integration of all security related systems.  He has over 12 years of experience in security and video systems design, and is a Specialized Drafting (CAD) Technology program graduate.

Jeff L. DeLucia

Jeff DeLucia is a CAD Specialist for SecuraComm, whose experience in three dimensional graphics has helped him support various designs with SecuraComm.  He has developed industry CAD standards for electronic drawings for site design, design development and implementation projects. Jeff has an Associates Degree in Specialized Drafting (CAD) Technology and Civil Engineering Technology.
