Leo Marsh is SecuraComm's Executive Director of Engineering and is experienced in designing and manging building infrastructure projects, especially electrical, IT and security systems.  He is a Professional Electrical Engineer.  His credentials also include Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD/LAN Specialist) and Certified Business Continuity Planner (CBCP).  Additional endorsements include Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MSCE), Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA), Certified Energy Manager (CEM), plus he is accredited as a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) and Certified Leader in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED).

As the Executive Director of Engineering, he is responsible for directing SecuraComm's security engineering department in utilizing all available resources and technologies in the programming, planning, estimation, design, and reporting of engineering related projects as well as project management of security, data, critical power, voice and video systems.  Also, he is responsible for the development of complete project documents for issuance to the client.  He takes responsibility for all engineering projects from lead development to proposal preparation, client presentation, selection of the project team, participation in design development, estimation, reviewing the projects with clients, stamping drawings, monitoring construction and planning, manpower coordination and management and in selected business development activities.

Administratively, he reviews analayses of activities, cost and operations and forecast data to determine department progress, confers with chief executive officer and other administrative personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions.  He administers the overall business continuity plans.
