Scope: Performed an overall assessment of the Medical Center's security program at two geographically separate campuses. The assessment included scurity policies, procedures, equipment, and security force in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses fo the security program. The goal of the assessment was to identify areas of improvement to the existing security program and develop recommendations to elevate the security program commensurate with the threat to DRMC personnel, patients, visitors, and property.

Erie County Home; New York
Scope: Addressed site and building conditions, infrastructure, existing physical security measures, and the present security posture of this long-care term facility for the aged. This data, gathered in the course of the assessment, was used to identify the Home's vulnerabilities and provide a plan for security upgrades, modifications of the operational procedures, and/or policy changes to mitigate identified risks to critical assets with an emphasis on ingress and egress and with a goal of segregating non-public from public locations within each wing.

Scope: Performed an overall review of the medical center's security program in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the program, identify specific areas of risk, recommend improvements to mitigate or eliminate the risk, and ensure compliance with the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO) Environment of Care standards. The review included all of the Medical Center's facilities to include the seven interconnected buildings - main facility, child development center, storefront clinic and three residential homes.
