Scope:Conducted a physical security assessment of the Erie Community College North, South, and City campuses to include the Burt Flickinger Athletic Center. The scope included interviews with administrators, campus safety officers, contractors, and consultants; a review and evaluation of physical conditions and existing protection measures; review of existing security procedures; and development of recommendations to guide identification and security system procurement efforts and enhance the security program.

Maricopa County Community College District; Arizona
Scope: Conducted a review of the policies and procedures of the Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) law enforcement/safety officer program and made recommendations for improvement in the areas of staffing, recruitment, command structure, liability to the MCCCD, and training. The overall approach to the assignment included a review of District policies and procedures; both daytime and nighttime on-site visits to each main campus; and group interviews with select administrators, faculty, and safety personnel.

Virginia Commonwealth University Campus Security- Security/Police Dispatch and EOC; Virginia
Scope: Assessed the need for video and access control systems and provided the design of Centralized Security/Police Dispatch and Emergency Operations Center for this urban, multi-site university. Designed fiber-optic information distribution system, access control, and video surveillance systems; designed an expansive outdoor video surveillance system utilizing 135 pan/tilt-zoom color cameras, communicating to the centralized monitoring center utilizing leading edge, ATM network technology. |

Wayne State University; Michigan
Scope: Assessed and developed recommendations for the relocation of the existing security, access, environmental and fire alarm central station. Coordinated with the University's architectural design professional to design the total security package for the new police facility. Recommendations took into consideration the current central station needs, allowed for subsequent expansion of the systems as required by continued growth on campus and upgrade of the hardware interface at the outlying buildings. The services required included complete design and implementation documents for approved recommendations for all three components, the central station, the outlying buildings and the police facility security system.
