Design Development

The SecuraComm team members have proven experience developing and auditing as-built drawings for security systems.  For more than 25 years, SecuraComm has regularly developed RFP ‘bid packages’ for the installation security systems and has directed the entire bid process for both small and large-scale privately and publicly-funded projects.

Our CSI-formated specifications are comprehensive and detailed, and lead the contractor to successful installation, documentation and maintenance.

SecuraComm is regularly contracted to support and/or supervise the security system installation during the construction phase of the project.  Although not required for this assignment, SecuraComm regularly participates in contractor selection for large-scale privately and publicly-funded projects, including pre-qualification of firms, interviewing previous clients, coordinating presentation of proposals, scoring proposals by weighted matrix, reviewing any change order requests, etc. 

Design Development

The SecuraComm team members have proven experience designing security systems.  Our engineering documents include detailed, CSI formatted installation specifications, construction drawings, and bidding requirements that have been field-tested on over 500 installations over the past 25 years.

In addition to designing access control systems and producing engineering documents, the SecuraComm team members has extensive experience in assisting clients with

• Pre-Qualifying potential bidders
• Bid/proposal review and contractor selection
• Performing in-progress installation inspections
• Performing post-installation acceptance testing
• Directing the turnover and commission process.
