Access Data; Pennsylvania
Scope: Designed/developed security access control enhancements consisting of a video system with digital recorder and computer room security measures. Developed specification and bid documents. Assisted the client in bid solicitation, contractor selection, and installation, including turnover and commissioning.

Cingular (Formerly AT&T Wireless) 22 U.S. Locations

Scope: Assessed security measures and provided design/development recommendations for 22 U.S. offices. Security consisted of access control and alarm reporting systems and video surveillance systems. Additionally, developed a program of Standardized Security Measures and Corporate Security Policies and Procedures.

Bell Atlantic; Various U.S. locations
Scope: Determined the appropriate level of automated building access technology and how best to relocate and redesign the security control infrastructure at 120 locations. Developed the access control system to address after hours/weekend access, and provide the ability to monitor the number and location of building occupants and separation of employee and tenant work areas.

DHL Worldwide Express; Arizona
Scope: Designed/developed a comprehensive security program of worldwide corporate data center security to include access control and alarm reporting systems and video surveillance systems. Developed conduit and power requirement drawings, and final security system installation drawings. Performed cost analysis to determine probable cost for implementation. Developed system specification and bid documents. Assisted architect and client in bid solicitation, contractor selection process, and throughout the installation, including turnover and commissioning.

Equant (Formerly Global One); 30 U.S. locations
Scope: Assessed security measures and provided design/development, system engineering, specifications, and bid solicitation for security systems for 14 U.S. sales offices and 16 U.S. and foreign telecommunication centers. Security consisted of access control and alarm reporting systems and video surveillance systems. Also, provided support for Owner and Contractor during system implementation. Developed Guard Post Orders and Bid Solicitation. Developed Standardized Security Measures and Manual for corporate and local use.

National City; Kentucky
Scope: Performed physical evaluation and program assessment at credit card processing center. Developed recommendations with cost estimates for enhancement.

Port of Miami - Security Operation Center/ Emergency Operation Center; Florida

Scope: Developed design of a 12,000 sq. ft. for Security Operation Center/ Emergency Operation Center as part of a total security upgrade for this large cargo and cruise seaport.

Designed/developed and installation specification of security measures for cruise terminals, parking facilities, access gates and office buildings.

Suburban Cable – Security Operations Center & Call Center; Pennsylvania Scope: Developed Security Operations Center for control and monitoring at 60 head-end cable TV locations and designed security upgrade for each site. Additionally, developed security measures for cable TV company call center.

Verio; 16 U.S. locations
Scope: Assessed of security design, turnover, and commission support for 11 U.S. web-hosting data centers. Security systems included access control, intrusion detection, video surveillance, and photo ID badging.

Provided technical support to Owner and Contractor during turnover and commissioning of systems. Developed corporate security standards program, corporate policies and procedures, and guard post orders and response procedures.

Virginia Commonwealth University - Security/Police Dispatch and Emergency Operations Center; Virginia

Scope: Designed Centralized Security/Police Dispatch and Emergency Operations Center for urban, multi-site university.

Additional work included design of fiber-optic information distribution system, access control, and video surveillance; design and engineering of an expansive outdoor video surveillance system utilizing 135 pan/tilt-zoom color cameras, communicating to the centralized monitoring center utilizing ATM network technology.

Westinghouse Broadcasting; Pennsylvania
Scope: Designed/developed a comprehensive security program broadcast satellite up-link down-link communications center including, perimeter intrusion detection, access control and alarm reporting systems and video surveillance systems.

Developed conduit and power requirement drawings, and final security system installation drawings. Developed system installation specifications and bid documents. Assisted the architect and client in bid solicitation, contractor selection process, and provided supervision throughout the installation, including turnover and commissioning.
