The AES Corporation; Virginia

Provided comprehensive threat assessment, electronic security system design, contractor selection assistance and installation support for a new corporate headquarters.  Add on assignments included directing procurement of contracted guard services and development of security policies and procedures, guard post orders and an evacuation and an emergency preparedness plan for the new building.

Aflac; Georgia

Developed the design for the expansion of security systems for a new 96,000 sq. ft. 2-story building addition  with parking facilities.  Additionally, SecuraComm provided implementation support to the implementation of the system expansion.

 

 

Alcoa; Pennsylvania
Designed/developed a comprehensive security plan for a new world headquarters building. Scope included design of all building security systems and monitoring center operations including complete access control, internal and external video surveillance, door monitoring, and intercom systems; design of security monitoring and control room layout and environmental requirements; development of installation specifications for all systems; assistance to the client in bid solicitation and contractor selection; provided system implementation support; performed audit of the security system installation and monitoring center operations.

   

Big Red Lottery Services Ltd; Nebraska

Perfomed a security review of the Big Red Keno Main Game facility and satellite facilities in the Omaha area to identify areas for improvement to the existing security program and develop recommendations to elevate the security program commensurate with the threat to the integrity of the game patrons, personnel, and property.  the security review addressed security of keno lottery equipment, security of and access to computerized keno systems, cash handling procedures, accouting controls, and compliance with state and local laws and regulations governing keno lottery.

   

Capital One Regional Headquarters; Virginia;
Developed security for northern Virginia headquarters including design, specification and support of the installation of enhanced security systems and centralized security monitoring stations to include an intrusion detection system, video surveillance system, intercom and emergency call system, fire detection system, and automated alarm notification to tour guard. 

     

Capital One Corporate Headquarters and Executive Offices; Virginia;
Scope: Designed/developed a comprehensive security and security operations plan for a new corporate headquarters building including man-power assessment and requirements. Scope included design of all building security systems and monitoring center operations including complete access control, internal and external video surveillance, door monitoring, and intercom systems; design of security monitoring and control room layout and environmental requirements; development of installation specifications for all systems; assistance to the client in bid solicitation and contractor selection; system implementation support; and audit of the security system installation and monitoring center operations.

 

 

 

Cintas (formerly Unitog) ; Missouri
  Development of a comprehensive security program for a multi-building site. Design of all building security systems including complete access control, internal and external video surveillance, door monitoring, and intercom systems.  Design of security monitoring control room.  Coordination and audit of the security systems installation.

 

Citizens Property Insurance; Florida

Scope:  Performed a security and safety review of corporate offices in Tallahassee and Jacksonville, FL, in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current physical security and electronic security measures, along with a review of the security staffing needs of the properties .  the goal of the review was to identify areas where the existing security systems or program needed to be upgraded or modified for the protection of their employees, consultants, and assets.

 

Crown Castle; Pennsylvania
Provided a comprehensive security assessment of headquarters security program for integrity and the adequacy of physical measures, security procedures and the level of electronic security systems.  Analyzed the current security measures effectiveness and developed recommendations for correcting deficiencies and enhancing security.

Employease; Georgia

Performed a security assessment of the corpoate headquarters in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of current procedures for physical security and access control along with a review of staff procedures/responsibilities pertaining to security.  The goal of the review was to identify areas where the existing security procedures or program needed to be upgraded or modified.

 

Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh; Pennsylvania

Scope:  Assisted with the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) with specifications and design drawings for replacement and upgradeof the access control system at their 11-floor headquarters facility.  The assignment also included assistance with selection of a qualified contractor and implementation suppor throughout the installation process.

 

Federated Investors; Pennsylvania
Scope: Provided design, specifications, and supervision of the installation of integrated security system featuring two security monitoring stations and off-site central station reporting.  The security systems included an intrusion detection, video surveillance, electronic access control, intercom, and fire detection and suppression system for the building’s general offices and data center.  Designed Security Protection, Control, and Monitoring of areas. Developed Emergency Preparedness Plan for building owner.  Plan includes Fire Safety Program and Evacuation Procedures. Audited final installation.

 

Fed Ex Ground (Formerly RPS); Pennsylvania;
Scope: Performed Security Risk Analysis for future site.  Developed a comprehensive Security Plan for new corporate headquarters that included an extensive Data Center. Designed all building security systems including access control, video surveillance, door monitoring and intercom systems.  Designed security system monitoring and control station.  Developed specifications and assisted with bid solicitation and contractor selection. Coordinated specifications and assisted with bid solicitation and contractor selection.  Coordinated audit of the security systems installation.

 

Greater Nevada Credit Union; Nevada

Scope: Assessed the existing security systems and anti-burglary and anti-robbery measures at numerous branches, developed burglary and robbery alarm system design and testing guidelines and developed CCTV camera surveillance design and testing guidelines, to ensure consistency from branch to branch for existing and future branches.

   

Marconi (formerly FORE Systems); Pennsylvania
Assessment and development of master security program, man-power requirements and budget.  Design and development of security and life safety systems including access control, video surveillance, door monitoring, intercom, communication, paging, and fire protection. Development of installation specifications and competitive bidding requirements. Assisted client in bid solicitation, proposal analysis and contractor selection.  Provided the client with project management and post-installation audit.

Mitretek Systems; Virginia
Scope: Designed/developed of security program and project management and technical services at a new 250,000 sq. ft. 8-floor headquarters.  Systems included access control, video surveillance, door monitoring and intercom systems. Designed security system monitoring and control station. Developed specifications and assisted with bid solicitation and contractor selection.  Coordinated specifications and assisted with bid solicitation and contractor selection. Coordinated audit of the security systems installation.

 

Mylan Laboratories; Pennsylvania

Scope:  Performed a security lighting review of the headquarters facility to provide an independent viewpoint regarding the existing security lighting conditions at the site.  The survey was aslo conducted to help identify any potential physical security vulnerabilities due to the lighting conditions and recommendations for enhancement were developed.

 

National Steel; Indiana
Scope: Designed/developed a comprehensive security program for new headquarters. Designed all building electronic security systems including complete access control, video surveillance, critical events monitoring and response, and intercom and building paging systems. Provided coordination and audit of security systems installation.  Prepared Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan including a Fire Safety Program and building evacuation procedures. Developed of Guard Post Orders.

Oxford Development Company; Pennsylvania

Provided professional system design and construction services for fiber optic cable extension design as part of Oxford Devlopment Company's  program to upgrade fire alarm systems and interconnections on the University of Pittsburgh Applied Research Center (UPARC) campus.  Scope of work included the design of the extension of the Pulse NET Inc. fiber loop to approximately 27 fire alarm control panel locations and one central monitoring location.  SecuraComm also provided bidding and contruction services to support the phased installation of the fiber loop extensions for the fire alarm systems on the UPARC campus.

 

Parker Hannifin; Ohio
Development of a comprehensive security program for the building including a data center.  Design of all building security systems including complete access control, video surveillance, door monitoring, and intercom systems.  Coordination and audit of the security systems installation.

Pharmacia; New Jersey

Scope:  Performed a vulnerability assessment of the existing security programat corporate headquarters and developed recommendations for enhancements of the corporate security program.

   

Society for Human Resource Management; Virginia
Scope: Performed Vulnerability Analysis, then designed/developed a master security plan for expanded headquarters. Expansion included security systems, locking systems and gates systems. Developed installation specifications and assisted in contractor selection.  Provided Turnover and Commissioning services.

  

TRW; Ohio
Scope: Performed comprehensive assessment of security operations program of corporate headquarters. Followup assignment included the design/development of an access control upgrade and door monitoring systems.

Design/development of a comprehensive security program. Design of all building security systems including complete access control, video surveillance, door monitoring, and intercom system.  Design/development of the security systems for the facility’s six-story parking garage.
