SecuraComm will work with your organization to develop the necessary business continuity plans to ensure continuity of service, support for your customers and to maintain viability before, after and during an event.  We will start by working to understand your business and how it operates.  We will evaluate your business processes with the goal of defining the most mission critical processes.  Next, we will develop various continuity strategies specific to your organization.  At this point, we will meet with the key decision makers within your organization to evaluate, refine, and prioritize these strategies.  The next step will involve the development of a Business Continuity Management Response plan.  Included in this plan will be processes that identify potential impacts that threaten an organization and provides a framework for building resilience with the capability for an effective response that safeguards the interests of its key stakeholders, reputation, brand and value creating activities.  Another important step will involve establishing a Continuity Culture wherein the organization has the mind set to take the time to put the processes in place and be diligent in carrying out the plan.  Finally, Exercising, Rehearsal & Testing plans will be developed and implemented.
