Scope: Provided upgrade of airport security plan to meet FAA-FAR
107.13 and 107.14. Developed baggage handling and passenger
gate security systems. Final design of security systems
including: access control systems, gate control systems, fiber
optic backbone for future system expansion, and baggage handling
conveyer control systems. Designed Airport, Police Dispatch and
Emergency Operations Center. Developed of installation
specifications and bid requirements. Assisted with bid
solicitation. Audited the completed systems installation. |
Delta Airlines; Georgia
Scope: Conducted a Security Vulnerability of Baggage, Cargo, and Mail Handling operations. The assessment included a physical security review of all operational areas, review of baggage handling processes, interviews with key personnel, and identification of vulnerabilities with the process. The assessment resulted in recommendations for security improvements, decrease in the frequency of incidents, and lessening of the consequenses.

Scope: Designed security systems for a regional non-regulated airport, an airline headquarters and operations and maintenance facility, and a global distribution facility. Developed on and off airfield security measures, and Airport Operations Area security checkpoints for pedestrian and vehicular traffic. Directed and designed the development of the physical security system including TSA compliant perimeter fence line, access control, intrusion detection, ramp video assessment and surveillance; checkpoint vehicle gates, personnel turnstiles, metal detectors and x-ray systems; distribution system video surveillance, a central security command post and monitoring facility, AOA access security gate houses; and U.S. Customs Service security systems. |
